@ Keith and Lyndsay, cheers.. I'm going to try again tomorrow df150 like the one before.Also my rate was too high at 48spm in the beginning and with too much drag i couldn't keep the splits.

That's way better than my PB - crazy. The low rating (for you) I can deal with as that is about where I am for a 10K test.
