Thanks for posting all the great suggestions... I'm learning so much here, so keep them coming! And I have to share... So excited that my rower is coming in today!! No more having to connect my laptop to the PM3 at the gym ! Go LUNA-TICS!!!

Hi all! I just joined the team and the fall challenge (my first)! I recently received my rowing certification to help introduce good rowing techniques to my gym. Personally, I need to spend more time with my butt on the rower! Thanks for giving me a motivation to JUST ROW!
