As the title says, I'm a new rower and I'm finding it hard to drive through my legs when rowing. Does anyone have a good weight training workout routine for rowing
I'm looking to gain some weight, and I was advised that weight training (along with eating) will help this

Training for rowing at university

As the title suggests I'm looking for any tips to improve my rowing (erg) times before I go to university.
I've never rowed before, but I've done several years of strength training.
What kind of workouts would you suggest for me to do?
