For the test they set the drag at 130, I was pretty tired so the form looks more sluggish that usual. Thanks guys

I'm training to try for my uni's novice team in about a month now. Two months ago I started at 2:19 for 10k every other day, my body was aching all the time and this was max effort. Alright guys thanks for all the advice, I really appriciate it. I think my motion is decent but I'm not really sure how hard I'm suppost to drive with my legs. I can easily get it to around 2:05 at 20 s/m on my ss days but the legs hurt and I'm not sure if they are supposed to do that straight away....

So I'm currently pulling 2:11 at like 25 s/m but I need to make 2:00 by October to make the novice crew for my uni. I'm 6'0 and 84kg, not super lean maybe 14pc body fat.
