Dennis was great to meet you to .... I found the whole adaptive race very humbling .... there was I complaining that I did a crap race when they were racing against all odds........ was also great to catch up with Joan and with Mary at long last..

Carla.... fantastic 5k..... now get a 2k done me thinks you'd be winning medals at the Crash B's cos you should be sub 7.15 with that 5k time ...

Carla you are a wuss get a 2k done ... from your 30mins at 20spm you should be at least 7.25....

wow Carla.... you got me beat by a long way this season ..... you would deffo dip under the 7.30 now me thinks for a 2k ...so go and get it done ....

hotel booked now to .....yehaaa ..not the regency but one close by

excited now flights are booked...... just got to sort out a hotel which isnt too expensive .....
