Re: Garmin Connect Integration
I used the Contact Us link. I looked around first but didnt see that I had any other options aside from posting. I do realize that community is good and people have time right now especially but this was a feature request which has been finished and there are better areas in the forum to post traini...

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
I have asked the administrators to please close or delete this topic. This topic was created to show Concept2 the need to create the Garmin Connect integration. That has been done. Regretfully it does not work as well as I hoped because Garmin ignores a lot of the data if it was not created on their...

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
I disagree. Contacting the developer directly is the best way to get support rather than "he-said, she-said" responses which may or may not be helpful. The developer has documentation and can access system logs which we cannot. I say this as someone who has spent decades working in customer support ...

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
That sounds about right. All of these companies have their own way of doing things and getting them to work together (technically or otherwise) is very difficult.

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
Yeah, you need to start with Concept2 and Garmin Connect support. Anything less is going to waste a lot of time. Need to get your answer from the source. Let us know how it goes!

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
That would be a question for Garmin as it is their app. I have not seen this issue personally. What specifically did they say the problem was? Did you let C2 support know?

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
As I understand it the USB feature is highly requested and should happen around the time it comes out of beta. I've got my fingers crossed for sooner though.

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
Meet KREW, it's currently in development however they are very good at listening to feedback and adding what people want. Once the USB support is added I think it will be far better that Ergdata. I just like how I can save my favorite workouts and it can program the PM for me. https://www.krew.fit

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
I asked this question to Garmin support a while back and their answer was that it will sync new workouts only. For the old workouts you have to download the fit file for each workout from the logbook and bulk upload them to Garmin Connect.

Re: What does this bug mean for indoor racing?
Yes, as long as race organizers, big and small, in person or virtual, are watching for this it can be prevented. Also, C2 needs to make it easier to update firmware, and do a better job of making people aware when firmware is out of date. If it is mindlessly easy more people will do it and it will b...

Re: What does this bug mean for indoor racing?
I did it with set time and distance workouts. I don't know what to tell you. I have updated my firmware since then. Being that the whole topic is cheating I'm not sure who races in just row mode. Peter says that by not completing a full stroke the machine can't calibrate properly and isn't displayin...
