Re: Concept2 rower handle

Could also cut off the blue covering on the handle and take it down to the hard plastic... the ergs on my last cruise ship had had that done at some point. I was afraid it would be really uncomfortable, but it wasn't so bad, and it did make the diameter of the handle smaller.

$180 for a replacement or a retrofit? (the PM4 for example is $130 for a replacement when you've already got a PM3 or PM4, but $150 if it's a retrofit).

Re: PM5 is here ...

I received a new email from C2 customer service and they state that the PM5 will be available as a retrofit for Model D rowers in December. Price is $180. Guess I can wait til then. Too bad I'll have to manually enter my rows in my logbook until then. Lee Did they happen to say when in December? :w...

Re: PM5 is here ...

Any news on when we'll be able to purchse a PM5 as an upgrade to machines we already own? Looks like we can still only order PM4s.

Re: Quick RowPro Question

Rowpro does have the ability to manually import your logcard data into RowPro so that you can keep track of your sessions all in the RowPro interface. I've used this in cases where my computer crashes but I keep rowing until my session is finished, or when I bring my logcard with me and row on machi...

But now I will log everything...it'll get me to 10,000,000 and my sweatshirt that much quicker!

The million meter clubs only count on-erg meters though.

Kid-sized T-Shirts for completing the HC 2012?

My twins happily completed the Holiday Challenge and I was hoping to get them a T-Shirt for their effort, but there don't seem to be any kid-sized items in the Holiday Challenge website for purchase.

Any chance some could be added?

Thanks,

cadence sensor w/ Garmin device?

I use both. I usually use the Speed Coach for 500/split times and a Garmin Edge 305 to display distance and heart rate. The nice thing about the Garmin is you can download your workout to view / graph later. It's really a bike computer but I have adapted the pedal cadence sensor to log my stroke ra...

Maybe you should start with a 500m test, then a 1k and then a 2k. Use the "double the D, add 3" mantra that some people use to figure out what you might look at for targets at the higher distances. For example, if you got 1:36 for 500m, then a 1:39/500m would be a good target for the 1k and assuming...

I see... no more sock/glass/water bottle for the in-between million meter milestones.

Should've requested my 36MM glass when I had the chance rather than waiting to double up a couple awards to save C2 on shipping costs...
