Re: Adjust seat angle
If anyone is wondering the seat angle is adjusted by lossening the bolt under the seat and sliding the mechanism forward or backward. It’s not the most elegant solution but it works. Biggest issue I am having is no setting is level. Either a little up or a little down.

Re: Bikeerg no good for HIIT
Colagirl, if your damper physically shifts lower I think that's an issue with the bike. Mine does not do that.

Re: Bikeerg no good for HIIT
I've had my bikerg for about a year. For the first time yesterday I tried zwift and I raised the damper and tried some standing up and my power dropped low and I noticed that the resistance did not really really increase. It's not a huge deal for me since I am more of a steady state person but I was...

For those using zwift?
How do you decide to adjust the damper on hills decline? I typically ride at about 3.5 on the damper and get about 82 rpm. That’s my steady pace. Any advice as to how to adjust on the fly using zwift?

Adjust seat angle
Is there a way to tilt the seat up a bit? Mine seems like it tilts down and I’m constantly sliding off the seat. Thanks.

Re: Alternate seat for BikeErg
Thanks. I will do that. While on the topic is it just a wrench that loosens the bolt under the seat? Someone mentioned adjusting the angle. How does one do that?

Re: Alternate seat for BikeErg
Hi all, just ordered a bike erg after getting a Model D last month. Did a lot of researching and settled on the bikerg as the best bang for the buck exercise bike on the market. Excited to get it going. One question for those who ride is recommending a "male friendly" replacement seat. I worry abit ...
