Morning all Quick update: I took onboard the tips from yesterday and did another 2k this morning, focusing on a 1:2 timing and deliberately slowing my stroke rate. It felt so much easier and I felt like I could have gone on much longer (I didn't have time this morning but will give it another go ton...
