Oh I have. Honestly Zwift has been way more responsive in trying to figure out what is going on. This forum is not very active based on the last post dates unfortunately. I was hoping for a home-grown solution if the vendors can’t do anything.

I'm starting to think it's the latest 319 firmware on the PM5. I really started having problems after updating. I've tried other apps like Trainer Road and Sufferfest to see if the PM5 would connect to them. Exact same issue. They will find the PM5, call it a power meter, may or may not register as ...

I'm a victim too. No watts, but cadence registers (but kinda spotty). It keeps giving me rpm errors (enough that Zwift emailed me wondering if I was trying to cheat). I guess I'm happy to know this isn't an isolated incident. I hope they get it fixed soon, rides just aren't the same without Zwifting.
