Re: Duplicate numbers
These were the times for the 100m pieces: July 3 0:18.8 twice July 25 0:18.3 twice Dec 19 0:17.5 twice -- This is the number recorded in the log. But before changing screens, at the end of the 2nd piece ErgData showed 17.0 and I think the PM5 showed 17.3. So I thought it was odd that it recorded nei...

Re: Duplicate numbers
Then again, pulling up the graphs side by side, they look different, so at least that part isn't duplicated. Odd that I'd be that consistent though, down to a tenth of a second, three times. Still doesn't explain the different screen numbers, up to .5 faster than in the final log.

Duplicate numbers
I've noticed that each time that I try a 100m piece for a PR, if I try a second time at the same distance a few minutes later, the system logs the exact same time and pace for the second effort. I thought it was an odd coincidence at first, but it has happened all three times that I tried it. Any ex...

Re: Do you see graphs in your logbook?
I gave up on the BT connection because of frequent drops, even with the latest firmware. ErgData with wired connection is flawless https://www.concept2.com/skierg/accesso ... ection-kit

Re: inconsistent drag factor
Actually, I just noticed that I have a DF number on a workout when I didn't use ErgData (up at 130), so ErgData is evidently not the culprit. In fact, the opposite may be true, that the ErgData ones are perhaps more accurate than the ones without.

Re: Ergdata doesn't fetch exercises from PM5
I also have had many BT drops (Android on a Note 4) and lost workouts, so I've given up on using the BT connection. Instead I connect my phone via cable. As far as transferring of data goes, if I don't use ErgData during the workout then I afterward I have to connect the PM5 to a laptop with a USB c...

Re: inconsistent drag factor
@Ombrax --my variations are evidently much wider than yours. But we are measuring differently. Yours are the setup at the beginning of the row and mine are the ones reported in the logbook after a workout (at least for those of us using ErgData). If you or anyone else uses ErgData, I'm curious if yo...

Re: inconsistent drag factor
I have no fan running in the room and the ac vent is far away. Also, too short of a time interval to assume much change in dust levels -- none visible on the outside. I set and forget as you say, with average df given for the piece after the fact, using ErgData. More data -- last 18 pieces were 130,...

inconsistent drag factor
I have a Model D that I bought new only a few months ago. I leave the damper at the same place, on the line between 5 and 6. Oddly, when I look at my past workouts, the drag factor has been changing from one workout to the next, without my touching the damper. For example on my pyramid speed interva...

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
Would be a nice feature. I used to use Connect as my central location. Now I use Strava for consolidated activity tracking. It automatically receives my Concept2 logbook data and any Garmin run/swim/bike/etc data. I especially like the free Stravistix Chrome extension which creates graphs of fitness...

Re: PM5: Bluetooth & ANT Connection Drops
Ditto here. On Android w Bluetooth connected ErgData to PM5 with firmware version 161 and an Adidas ANT+ HR monitor. Did the medium WOD with two 4000m pieces at increasing spm. Was nearly to the end when the app lost connection with the PM5 and now I have to enter the data manually into the logbook ...
