Just call Concept 2. It is PN 1023. They are 3.75 a piece. If you need the back cover piece (excluding the battery cover) it is PN 1022 and is 3.45 a piece. I just bought these exact pieces back in October.

I have the same problem during sprints. since my erg is in a corner, I just cut 10" piece of non treated 4x4 and centered it behind the erg as a backstop.

I'm trying to refurb a Model B that I just bought. It came with a PM2 but no bracket. The PO "modified" the monitor to fit by breaking off the tabs on the back. The monitor works fine, I just want to get it back to spec. Thanks!
