First Virtual Team Challenge
You guys are quacking me up!

I’ve been following the weight loss plan/booklet on the UK site since xmas with good regularity. Then Thursday AM I woke up with a wicked Charlie horse. I’ve tried rowing the day after a Charlie horse night and it went badly so I skipped Thursday’s workout. Th...

For me the January challenge is a chance to surpass the meters I rowed in the holiday challenge. I didn’t make the 10,000 meter level by about 30,000 meters. I’m trying a different plan for this month and hopefully it will work out better. Also I won’t be going out of town this month.

Although the challenge has already started I’m hoping to be able to join up with Fowl Play. I didn’t finish the holiday challenge, but have been doing well with rowing regularly between xmas & new years.

I’m in.
I’m aiming for the 100,000 meter level. Since I got the rower in Feb I’ve rowed about 270,000 meters so the lower level will be enough of a challenge for me. I’ve spent this fall in a mental & physical slump but since Thanksgiving I’ve rowed 5,000 a day. If I keep that up all the days ...

I finally read the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, I’ve had it out from the library for a while. It’s interesting and I’ve been working on the trigger points in my calves & shins for my shin splints.
I think it’s doing good, but I have a question. Have either of you, or anyone else, given your...

I’d put myself between you & your husband personality & weight wise. I too hate mornings, my preferred work hours is swing shift. My previous exercise has been activity oriented, hiking w/ a group, martial arts, water aerobics, that kind of thing. I also love to read, like the idea of sewing even if...

Thanks for the recommendation, I just requested the book from the library. Hopefully it will have something helpful for chronic shin splints or headaches.

The rest is so the tiny tears in your muscles that cause the stiffness can heal and then your muscles are stronger. At least that’s my basic understanding.
