Consistent Splits
I’ve been erging for years and have always found it tricky to get completely consistent splits. How do people manage to do multiple intervals (eg 10x500) with identical splits and stroke rate, with zero variation….what’s the secret??

I thought that referred to the number of times you did the circuit on any given session. I.e. In weeks one and 2 every time you do a session, you do it twice through....and in weeks 5 and 6 you do it 4 times through????

The Alternative Weight Training Programme doesn't say how many sessions per week? Presume it's up to you....the more the better??

Converting an OTW split time to a training schedule?
So we know what split times we need to win a race OTW.... Having used the interactive online training schedule to peak for a 2k race over 16 weeks, how could that be converted to a water based training programme for a crew when you know your water based splits.... Obviously these are slower than erg...
