OK, it more fair to say that I take a month off sometimes but these days I'm committed to about 200K per month. Usually row watching TV, so its either 45 or 90 minutes depending on how many episodes I'm good for that night. I tend to flip the monitor down and just row at whatever pace feels right.

Hi All,

I saw that your team seems the most actively engaged in looking for new members so I've joined. I tend to row in spurts but should be good for about 200K in the challenge.
