Issue Resolved. I just tried the Utility again and the update was successful. Firmware now updated to v 332.

Update: I left the batteries out of the unit for more than 30 minutes and reinstalled. They're is no change to the display.

PM3 starting firmware version: 311 Attempted firmware update to versio. 332 with the Utility, it got to 3% and went no further. I do not recommend the nogrip rowing gloves. I purchased a set and was dissatisfied with the performance.
