Ken C and I (Kristin C) are leaving for vacation tomorrow and will not have access to any rowing machines, so no meters from us for 7 days

More company coming next week When you live in Maine, everyone comes during the best 4 weeks of the year! I like Lisa's idea of putting them on the rower. I'm going to try and still row...we'll see how that goes.

All the summer guests have now gone home and it's time to get back on track. I am going to try and row at least 4 days each week and then be ready for the August challenge. I have really missed my workouts!
