Is there such a thing as an optimal rate based on height? Intuitively a 6' 7"man doing a UT piece at 20 spm would be going up and down the slide with much more velocity (m/s) than a 5'2" woman doing the same piece at the same rate. Interactive 2000m Programme
I've recently found this great programme here known as "Interactive 2000m Programme". I can't find it today to save my life! I've even searched the forums and found several links that all resulted in "Page not Found" then refering me to the site map. Has it been taken down?
