Cleaning Rollers?
What is the best way to clean the white plastic rollers under the seat? Ideally, I would like to completely remove them to clean them efficiently (there was an incident involving one of my nephews and a potted plant). I don't know if I should pull the rear leg of the rower off and then just slide th...

Mid 2014 13" MacBook Pro Retina. OS X 10.11.1
Concept2 Utility 6.99
It works! Thank you. I plug my Model D with PM3 directly into the USB ports on my computer. The software is able to communicate with the PM3 and all the log card functions appear to work.

Re: "RowPro has detected a problem" 4.2 in Parallels
I'm not into cracked OS at all. I'm opposed to it. I only ran the cracked OS while I was testing and migrating software to the new OS. As soon as I had everything but RowPro working I deleted the virtual machine with the cracked OS on it. We have several notebooks in the house. I replaced my quad co...

"RowPro has detected a problem" 4.2 in Parallels
Hello, everyone. I read through some threads, but I couldn't find this exact same problem. I'm attempting to run RowPro on the latest Retina MacBook Pro 13" (http://www.apple.com/ca/macbook-pro/specs-retina/ . . . the 2.8 ghz $1899 one on that page), in a Windows 8.1 Parallels virtual machine. I've ...

Training Playlists?
I've been trying to develop a playlist for stationary rowing. I purchased some music specifically developed for rowing, but I'm just not into it. I tend to like really hard driving rock and metal, and the stuff I purchased is very "new agey." I really don't enjoy it. I'm glad I tried it, but it just...

Using a Weightlifting Belt?
I'm wondering if using a weightlifting belt could be beneficial to establishing good form. I slip into the bad of habit of bending at the waist instead of the hips. I'm thinking that a weightlifting belt would alleviate that problem and force me to bend at the hips. Hopefully my body would establish...

Thanks! That's just way to easy to not do it.

Upgrading Model D from PM3 to PM4
I just purchased my Model D eight days ago. I didn't have a choice as to which monitor I got . . . the store I purchased it from only had them with the PM3. After doing some reading, I would really like the PM4 for the Ant connectivity (I use a Garmin Forerunner 310xt HRM). I see that I can order th...
