Re: Foot fatigue / inflammation

Hi, thanks, Actually yet not recovered. And yes, it may be tendonitis or plantar fasciit. And yes, to an extent I am surprised because I do quite a lot of exsercise of different types, from running/XC-orienteering/XC-skiing/kayaking/biking/swimming - and honestly rowing exercises is regarded quite s...

Foot fatigue / inflammation

Don't know if this is the right forum section. 56 years of age, well fit. After some years off the rower, I decided to go for the C2CTC February 2020, ie. 12 off 1 min/1 rest. Really pushed it all the way and was quite happy with the result. However, the day after, both my feet were really hurting, ...

Re: PM4 dead - help!

Never loose faith! I dismounted, opened, loosened and reconnected all the cable connections that I found, searched for burned connections, found none, wiped &cleaned with a dry rag, blew with pressurized dry air, put it all together - and WOW: It seems to work again - and all the log card data are t...

Re: PM4 dead - help!

It was still plugged into the SkiErg, which was not running and had not been running for days. Apart from that not connected to anything. The spark appeared just as I removed the first D-cell battery. Should probably have dismounted it from the Erg, but I don't think the instructions says anything a...

PM4 dead - help!

My SkiErg PM4/2013 has been running on D-cells batteries. Today I wanted to replace as they were getting low. On dismounting the first of them, I saw an light-arc over what the contact for which I think is for serial connections between monitors. I don't understand why - I was removing the battery w...

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread

Not possible. The C2CTC website software is functionally stabilised. Did not quite understand.. will adding age make the website unstable? No, the guy who wrote the code has stopped developing it (he'll fix it if it breaks). Also, it doesn't matter because the whole essence of the CTC is the three ...

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread

What about adding age to the C2CTC entries, and in the teams ranking list?
Would be fair knowing who you are competing with.... :-D

Re: RowPro indicating digits go bananas during racing

Thank you, Carl! I will download the 4.3 version and see if it finally works. I have also missed to see my competitors SPM - glad it's finally there. And the relative order from top->down on the screen would also be a great improvement. I couldn't agree more to your expression of "oxygen deprived st...

RowPro indicating digits go bananas during racing

Hi, my RowPro screen looks like the attached screenprint during racing. The digital numbers go bananas and it is impossible to see how you perform and how others perform. This is version 4.2. Uninstalled, downloaded again, reinstalled on another computer - still looks the same! Tried to contact Digi...

Re: Windows 10 - Rowpro compatible?

I just installed the Windows 10 Technical Preview. I ran RowPro, though not connected the PM4 and actually rowed, but program seemed to function. I just wonder if the Windows 10 Technical Preview actually is only a shell covering the Windows 7 core?

Duplicated uploads from RowPro and C2 Utilities

If I row an online session using RowPro I have started to upload the session from RowPro Log to C2 online log straight after the session. When I row offline not connected to RowPro I use C2 Utilities. However, today I realized that this switching between the two programs has caused certain workouts ...

RowPro Sessions - Set Up Online Intervals

Hi, I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to set up sessions for online rowing consisting of variable intervals, defined in the "Custom Row Studio" of Rowpro. Is it possible to make live interval sessions for online training/racing with others? I was specifically thinking of using this for sett...
