If you joined a Gym I am guessing they dont take care of the erg as wel as they should. Is the chain any color othe than shiny silver. If so then it needs to one of two tings. Everyday Cleaning
Hi, I use my erg almost everyday. I have a standard model D with a PM3. I usually clean the slide, the handle, and the seat, with a Lysol wipe after I am done to get rid of the sweat but I feel like there is probably something better. Any ideas Thanks.

It really depends on how much fat you need to loose. Most people after being obese, can lower their weight significantly but still be left with layers of extra skin from their previously fat selves. Rowing is good if you do incorporate the resistance into it. Just erging will not build too much musc...

Listen closely, if you want to be able to apply to colleges you need a 2k time of at sub 6:45 by senior year. If you want to get your erg times down you are going to have to work hard. After practice do 1x 20 minute piece as hard as you can. Don't expect to PR because you did have practice but even ...
