Hey guys! I did some leg drills before my workout yesterday. I could tell the difference from my last workout. My split was 3:13. Good morning. Thank you for the comments, links and videos. I appreciate any help I can get. I see I have a lot of work to do to start seeing average numbers. I am really trying to get my form right.
