I had a great experience on Thursday at the Fort Eustis gym. They have a cross-fit area that includes a lot of Concept D machines and also two ski-ergs. After I rowed a little more than 10K on the rower, I managed to knock out 2K on the ski-erg. Man, that was tough! I haven't found any other ski-er...

Yeah I am very familiar with the St Louis airport. BTW the way my wife is from St Louis but I met her here in south Texas. I have never shoveled snow in my life and sometimes wonder what kind of a workout that would be.
