The "Time" numbers in the splits table are wrong. I have no idea what the last column in the table is. For instance:
Time Meters /500m Watts Cal/Hr s/m
1:20:26.6 9,000m 2:15.5 141 783 21 144
1:25:00.5 9,500m 2:15.4 141 784 21 144
1:29:27.4 10,000m 2:14.9 142 789 23 153

Re: Stroke Data Missing from RowPro?
That's interesting. My graph shows a heartrate, pace and stroke rate just fine on the logbook. On yours I see a stroke rate and pace, but not a heart rate.

Re: Stroke Data Missing from RowPro?
It looks like they hid that setting and just upload the stroke data to the C2 logbook now. Mystery solved.

Stroke Data Missing from RowPro?
I just bought RowPro 5 and for the life of me, I can't find the setting that allows me to save full stroke data for each workout. Does anyone know where it is?

Tools for recording to TrainingPeaks?
Folks, I've been using TrainingPeaks a bit and find it very useful. My suspicion is that there are lots of others who are doing the same. What are people using to record their rows for TP? I remember some people using Garmin watches in earlier threads, and I suspect there is a variety. To kick thing...

Re: Speed Coach with Training Pack Upgrade
Do you know if the Speedcoach with Training Pack is compatible with the Polar H7 BLE heart rate transmitter? I know NK's site says the unit doesn't work with Polar models, but I wonder if they're talking about the older analog Polar models.

Re: C# program can't find DLL
The system has to be able to find the DLLs. Do you have them in the same directory as the executable? That's the easiest way to help the system find them.

Re: Just 30 mins a day?
By the way, the plan that I posted on this thread here: http://www.c2forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=151045&start=15#p387721 Is how I would adapt the Pete Plan to a 30 minute time limit. That's helpful. On this: Easy day: 30 minute row at a moderate pace. If you use HR, stay below 75% HRR. If you don...

Re: Just 30 mins a day?
What do you mean by cutting them in half? If you mean, reducing the number of reps, that seems like a good idea. If you are talking about shrinking the distances, then I think it would change the nature of the program. That's a helpful distinction. Reducing the number of intervals would work for th...

Re: Just 30 mins a day?
What do you folks think of just taking something like the Pete Plan workouts and then chopping them all in half?

Shorter Pete Plan
Does anyone know of a version of the Pete Plan that can be used during shorter practices? I'm moving into a period life when I probably can't do much more than 30 or 40 minutes of work every day, and TPP requires almost an hour once you get into it. I'm wary of just cutting the work in half since I ...

Does HR monitor interfere with BLE connection?
If I understand the Bluetooth spec properly, the Bluetooth server (the erg) can only have one BLE connection at a time. Can someone confirm whether or not this means that a PM5 monitor won't be able to transfer information to a Bluetooth-connected computer while it simultaneously connects to a Polar...

Re: Concentration for training/time management
They are usually about an hour to an hour and a half, and run the gamut from high-intensity intervals to long and slow steady state. The biggest factor in the concentration problems appears to be the duration of the workouts. Anything longer than about 30 minutes seems to trigger it.
