Welcome back Kerry, and hello to all the Luna-tics I've been missing! I know the feeling of a belly being in the way. Mine's been in the way for 10 years! That's why I started rowing in the first place. Been off all summer, but great to be back. Bought Rowpro and trying to follow a nice little build...

Great work by everyone in the challenge, and a nice intro to the team for me. Sadly work had me on the road too much this month and my rower won't fit in my suitcase!

Looking forward to the next challenge!

I'm more in less in the same boat. About 70lbs to lose. I needed something I could do at home, running on the treadmill was too boring. SO far so good with the rower, loving my workouts. I'm starting slow, I've over-trained in the past and it has led to injury, so trying to keep it around 20-30 min ...

I've got to admit, being part of a team has made a big difference. I had a couple of days off for my birthday, but woke up this morning thinking about two things. 1. The NHL is done their lockout and my leafs will be back on soon...(hockey for those of you who have no idea what I am talking about) ...

You guys seem to be just my kind of nuts. I'm new to rowing, and I love the idea of the team challenges. I'm trying to get into a shape that doesn't look like a big pear, and friendly competition is highly motivating!

I hope there is room for one more!
