I ended up dropping by the Dallas Rowing Club one Saturday, after failing to get a response to voicemails. They were happy to let me look around the facility and try an erg. I ordered mine the next day, and I'm enjoying it.

I'm seriously considering buying a Model D w/PM4, but I'm reluctant to pull the trigger without actually seeing one.
