Re: Converting an OTW split time to a training schedule?

Trouble is, in order to ask a question at Rowing Illustrated, you've got to become a member. I believe new members are always rejected.

Re: Watt Calculation

This all seems kind of moot to me. After yesterday's short erg session my Polar heart rate monitor said I used 242 calories, my PM3 on the erg said 247. That's close enough for me. Truthfully, I wonder if either is anywhere close to the amount of food calories my body actually burned.

Re: New (to me) Model B! Any tips?

I bought a model B in very good condition a year ago. The add ons I added were the new foot holders, PM3, plastic handle, and feet with wheels. I used duct tape to block off the air enough to get the drag factor down to 122 and have left it there. I hadn't realized a C breeze type arrangement would ...

Re: Adding ANT+ to PM3

I'm not an expert on what works with what, but I don't believe an accessory for the Water Rower PM would be compatible with the Concept 2 PM. I use my Polar heart rate monitor chest strap with the Concept 2 PM3 accessory made for it. I think you would need the belt and the heart rate accessory for t...
