Here’s how I installed a C-Breeze on my Skierg.
So on my new Skierg I was trying to figure out how best to direct air so as to cool me while I slowly die! I knew of the C-Breeze so I contacted Paul about one on a Skierg. Hadn’t been done yet but Paul was kind enough to send me one to experiment with. Now I have one on my rower and these things wo...

Too much training?
How much training is too much? Is everyday too much? What about recovery days? Right now I'm doing something almost everyday. Be it rowing, skierg, fencing or just going for a long walk. Seems to be ok but for the last couple of days I can feel the strain. I monitor every workout with the Polar v800...

Re: Which plan do you think
Right I did the 2K again. Slightly better results. Time: 8:20.8, Avg Pace: 2:05.2, Avg. DPS: 11.1, (range: 9.9-12.8) avg. Watts: 178.3 (range 114.8-245.8), avg SPM: 21, avg HR:161. Came out fast then tried to pace myself better, would max out HR around 164 then stop for a few seconds to catch my bre...

Re: Which plan do you think
Thank you, thank you, thank you. These posts have been great. I've figured out what my problem is. Yes I'm no athlete, sedentary most of my life and lazy, I admit it. So when I row I honestly don't put much into it...it's true. I'll plod along for 30 minutes, burn 350cals and think "well that was go...

Which plan do you think
So at a bit of an impasse here and just wondering if anyone can offer any advice. So I bought the C2 rower a year and a half ago, ran up about 1800000m, dropped 20lbs, increased VO2 max and feel better. Ideally I would like to drop an additional 25lbs but not imperative. Right now 22% body fat, 5'10...

Re: HRM For Erg PM5
I use the H7 with my Skierg and PM5, no issues. It also links with my Polar V800 at the same time using Gymlink

Re: Skierg and Rower Program
Thanks for the feedback guys. While I'm nowhere near as "fit" as you folks I'm trying. Since starting rowing I've lost 20lbs but recently have hit that wall of 205LBS or 92Kg. I've been trying to decide on whether or not to ignore the weight loss side and concentrate on cardio or work more in the lo...

Skierg and Rower Program
So I've just added the Skierg in addition to the rower. I basically row between 45 and 60 minutes per day (including wu/cd) following the fitness program on Rowpro. I'm just wondering how best to incorporate the Skierg into the daily routine. Should I split the time between the rower and ski or alte...

Re: Log Book
From C2 "The logbook for the SkIErg is the same as the indoor rower. Right now the SkIErg workouts are defaulting to a "rowing" workout when uploaded through the Utility software. This is something that we need to fix by doing a firmware update. Hopefully this will be soon. In the meantime go into y...

Re: New SkiErg - new PM ?
the V800 is supposed to retransmit the BT signal, doesn't work! What does work though is sync H7 with the PM5 first, then start the V800, it will connect with the 5KHz signal instead.
Voila, HR on both watch and PM

The PM5 is now available for rowers and the new Y-shaped skierg.
I have the PM5 connected to my Polar H7 BT heart rate monitor and also working with my Polar V800.
Next step updated Ergdata app would be nice.

Log Book
Just got my skierg, tried a quick workout. Anyway uploaded to the logbook with the C2 app, shows up as an indoor rower, is there a setting I need to adjust?

Training Programs- Rowpro
So setup a weight loss training program in Rowpro and compared to the C2 interactive weight loss program it seems so easy! Nowhere near as much time on the machine or as challenging.
