Export from ErgData to Garmin Connect
Hi All, Trying to figure out how to connect ErgData to Garmin Connect - I see a lot of references that people import workouts into Connect, but both iPhone and iPad versions do not allow me the connection. I only see Apple Health connector. The issue is not getting HR paired but exporting stats (pow...

RowPro truncated digits on PMtwin
Hi All,
Wonder if any one else is running into this issue: RowPro 5.4 on Mac is truncating digits on PMTwin section of the screen when maximized on secondary monitor. I am having the same issue if RowPro is outputted to iPad via sidecar or Duo Display.
Cheers,
Simon

Re: Confused about RowPro traning plan recommendations
Thank you. Higher spm with no power just feels rushed, but I guess this is my poor form/technique is showing ...
Would it make sense to bump resistance for lower rate a bit (if normal damper is set to 5 bump it to 7)?

Confused about RowPro traning plan recommendations
Hi All,
I had returned to RowPro after a long hiatus and started their BMI (high intensity) training plan. Plan includes short low SPM (18-20) higher HR piece and long higher SPM (24-26) lower HR piece. Do I need to do higher SPM portion with no power applied?
Cheers,
Simon

PM5 to iFit bridge
Hi folks, Wonder if anyone had attempted to make a PM5 to iFit bridge. I have an iFit subscription (use it with treadmill) and iFit rowing programs looks good, however it would be nice to have correct stats on the screen. iFit app is attempting to register to BLE device and API is more or less docum...

Re: Pete's Plan
Thank you folks Have no idea why I could not find it myself
...
Why would people choose Pete's training over Interactive Plan http://concept2.co.uk/training/interactive ?
It seems that IP is more structured and is based on HR bands. Am I missing something?
Cheers,
Simon

Interesting addition to C2
Folks, Just stumbled into an interesting product enhancement for C2 rower shox-box (http://www.shoxbox.biz) on a surface it looks intriguing, just wondering if any one had tried it and if it does work well I would put it to the same wish list as rails. The notion of adding balancing may add a good t...

Pause workout on RowPro
Folks,
Had anyone figured out if it is possible to pause in the middle of workout (time row) and then restart from that time point?
Some times life just intrudes in the middle of a good row

Re: Ideas to secure Concept2 to the floor
Put some C2 slides under it and your problem is solved. If you want your son to do well at high school varsity crew he shouldn't be rowing on a static/grounded erg anyway. It won't help his rowing form one bit. Much better off to use slides or to have purchased a dynamic erg. Rockin Roland, I had b...

Re: Ideas to secure Concept2 to the floor
Folks,
Just want to report back. After reviewing technique and smoothing out the catch - C2 stands still as a rock and power output almost doubled.

Simon

Re: Ideas to secure Concept2 to the floor
Citroen,
superb idea - will try it right away. As far as kid's technique goes - does it mean he is not smooth enough at transition from catch to a drive, or there is some other dynamics in play?
