5km Projection Pieces
Hi
I am doing a 5km Trail in about 2 weeks time and want to do some projection pieces to see what sort of time I should aim for. Does anyone know of any good pieces to do that will give me a good indication of what I should be going for?
Thanks

10 sec off 2km trail
Hi
I have a 2km test comming up in two weeks and I know its a long shot and abit late, but I have to knock off around 10 seconds off my current time. Are there any suggestions on how to do this and what sessions i must be doing or what I should be focusing on?
Thanks
