Oh, I just found it. You have to be in your online logbook and then click on the "challenges" tab at the top.

Valentine Challenge
So I just completed my first challenge (lucky I picked an easy one to start with!). I see my name on the "honor board" but I can't figure out where to download the Concept 2 Valentine cards.
