First off thanks for the replies you guys have made some really good points. I have spoken to my doctors and a nutritionalsit and they all said it wouldn't kill me if I'm careful but they wouldn't advise anyone to do a over 24hrs let alone month fast. I have a suggestion. Instead of covering 8,773 meters every day, increase it to 10,235 meters six days a week. You'll still cover the same distance overall. That's about a 16% daily increase but the extra effort involved should be more than offset by a day of greatly needed rest. Has to be the best...

For me it's gone in the opposite direction. So before I started exercising at the gym I struggled to get to sleep, so I tended to stay up tell 12:30/1:00am and then sleep tell 6:30/7.
