Thanks Carl. I checked the product ID and it was set for B/C. I then upgraded the Firmware to version 312 (not 311 as advertised) cleaned and replugged connections, then rowed a 60' SS piece. The Monitor worked great, very solid. Not certain what made the difference, I think probably the firmware up...

I have a PM3 monitor mounted on my Model C. The firmware SW is version 308. I am experiencing erratic operation. The data varies wildly from high spm's and splits.
