Auch, Auch and once again Auch!!! I am sooo in pain right now.

This is really bad timing because I was just getting back into indoor rowing with the March challenge.

Yesterday my mum gathered all of my family for a nice day out. We went to a water park and spa to relax. Upon ...

None :-( HELP!!!! Sigh... I'm finding it very hard to get back into action after my skiing holiday. Skiing was so much fun - and I love rowing, but hey it' ain't skiing :-) My knees are a bit sore after skiing so I guess I better start on a beginner's programme again, just to get into the swing of t...

I can support that Wlan works fine for me. I'm using a USB cable from my monitor to the PC and no other wires, so no power adapter and no internet cables. You success may depend on a stable internet provider though.

/Anna

Hi

Glad to see so many women on rowpro. I've been pretty inactive for the last 2 months due to ski holidays and flu's. Now it's time to pick up where I left in December when I went down with a flu for the first time this season.

I'll be in pretty bad shape at first, but maybe...

Hi

I've just returned from skiing in Austria :-) It was very good indeed.

You have done so well since kick off! I am amazed. I will have to start too - though I am a bit low on energy and motivation at the moment. Man skiing is stressful on the body. I also have a bit of a col...

Only at 85k so I have had to drop the goal of reaching 200k. I can make 100k easily now, but I really wanted to do 200k: I am gutted, but work and my exam has really taken a lot of my time, so it's not ill will

/Anna

Hiya

This is my first HC. I've managed to do about 29k so far. I am aiming for 200k I really hope to keep it up.

I wonder why C2 don't do a "count down" on the challenges page, as they did with the Skeleton Challenge.

Good luck everyone

/Anna

Hi

I'm also planning to do the Xmas challenge. I have never done more than 34k a week, so it'll be interesting to see if my body is up for about 45k a week for several weeks. I may have to settle for a 100k, but I will surely give 200k a try and only stop the pursuit if my body tells me ...

I think that quite a lot of rowers on this forum also run? I certainly do and get a lot of enjoyment from it I really miss running if I haven't been out for a week or so.

Whatever works for you is fine by me.

/Anna

Hi,

I just finished the challenge this morning :-) Wohoo.... I am really glad I managed to do it just for the fun of it. I even finished off with a new PB on 5k after 4 hours of sleep :-) I guess I can still improve my times quite a bit if I put myself to the test.

Take care a...
