Is there a simple way to clean the sprocket in the Dynamic?
I have cleaned my chain carefully and it had accumulated quite some dust or other particles.
I assume the sprocket is not too clean either. Is there a way to clean it? Doesn’t look like there is easy access.
All practical tips are welcome.

Re: Ergdata showing peak force in Lb. Why?
Assuming you are below 9999 N there is no difference in number of positions to be displayed as Lb requires an extra position compared to N.
So don’t believe that is the reason nor a valid argument

Re: Ergdata showing peak force in Lb. Why?
Appears to have been a temp bug.
Today I was able to change setting for weight to kg.
Still don’t understand why force is reported in kg or lb though.

Ergdata showing peak force in Lb. Why?
Why does ergdata, since a recent upgrade, report peak and average force in Lb? An ancient outdated way of measuring force only used by a small fraction of the world’s population! And no option to change and all other metrics use the metric system Please bring ergdata to the same level of engineering...

Re: Ergdata on iPhone not detecting Wahoo Tickr
Finally figured it out. Definitely a bug in ergdata If I connect the tickr to ergdata and then program my workout on the PM3 everything works fine If I program the training first and then try to connect the tickr to ergdata it does not work. Ergdata keeps on scanning for the heart rate monitor but n...

Re: Maximum intensity before machine failure
Probably 1700Cal/hour refers to the energy consumption in the human body. Because the human body has an efficiency between 25 and 35% only that fraction is going into the rowing machine. The rest is turned into heat. So 1700 Cal/hour is around 400 watts to the C2.

Ergdata on iPhone not detecting Wahoo Tickr
My PM3 is connected with USB cable to ErgData on my IPhone 8 and that works fine. However ErgData doesn't detect my TICKR hrm. If i turn off the Bluetooth on the iPhone and turn it back on the Tickr is shown for a second and then disappears. This has worked for a couple of weeks, but no longer does ...

Re: PM3 preprogrammed workouts missing
I experienced exactly the same problem. I ve resolved it by re-installing the firmware using the concept 2 utility. I'm on 1.08 as well. I used the utility to install again.

Re: Gym-Erg DF 78 at damper 4?
a dirty rotor allows less air to flow in, therefor reducing the DF. cleaner = more air flow= more energy dissipated = higher DF

Re: Ending UT2 workouts with AT+ finishes
"Was wondering a similar thing earlier today. I was doing a UT1 workout and had to do a little bit of "catching up" at the end to stay on target, but wondered if I was "allowed" to do that". There are two sides to this question. 1: of course you are allowed to do that, it does not ruin anything. how...

Re: Total Metres on PM3
if a logcard is used, the lifetimemeters are not updated. even in the latest firmware version
so the number in the PM3 is totally unreliable
