However, the forum is where you post questions to see if others have seen the same thing and to see if anyone knows of a solution. I always check the forum first if I have a question.

The fact that ErgData doesn't work for me either implies that it's more likely to be something on the C2 logbook side. It's strange that both started failing around the same time.

But yes, emailing DigitalRowing is a good idea, as is contacting C2 if there's no official forum response.

I am at v4.3, so that version doesn't fix the issue it seems. Please note that using ErgData my rows also upload just fine according to the software, but do not show up in the logbook. Just like with RowPro. Last uploaded log entry was 1/9/2017. An upgrade to RowPro 5 is $49, which is a little price...
