thanks... i suspect my machine might be a lightly used reboxed secondhand unit being sold as new. Just seems a little odd that concept2 would ever ship machines with monorail plates that werent mint. I will contact the dealer.

Im a newbie on this so im not sure whats to be expected but my new machine has two strips either side along the length of the monorail.The shiny finish is along the centre only. I guess the stips are from the rollers. When i tried to clean them off with soap or water or glass cleaner its not going a...
