Solution found: you have to turn on your gps and make sure you allow "location services" in your Egdata app settings. It's a Google requirement, which is pretty ironic for INDOOR rowing :-)

I think because of the pad, my position wasn't good anymore (feet to high > leaning to much backwards), causing me to "hipswing" over the wrong part of my behind. Will try to adjust that. Tomorrow or Friday: BPP 5.1 > 7k :twisted:

[...] I did find when I shortened my stroke it encouraged the legs to be engaged a bit better. +1 Prolonging the stroke should come from extending the shoulder and not from going beyond vertical shins or curving your back (if I understood Dark Horse Rowing well). Not going as far with my knees help...
