Those are the pictographic instructions which make no sense to me.
There's no corrosion at the battery contacts, so I'm hoping it's not that.

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, I did some searching and couldn't find a thread. I recently purchased a used Model C, with a PM2 monitor attached.
