Hi, I am 15 and have jsut started with the erg and dont understand the numbers on the screen. my best time is 7.05 over 2k's on the erg and I did this with 32 to 34 showing the screen for the most part though i picked up speed towards the end. can anyone help with a plan to achieve 6.50 over 2k.s or...
