Not exactly and, probably not onto your USB stick. They will be logged in the PM5 onboard memory. So you can hook it up with a USB-A to USB-B printer cable and upload to https://log.concept2.com but that's as far as you can go. Pm5 usb lost workouts
I log my workouts with a usb stick plugged into my pm5. A couple of times recently, the workout failed to write to the usb stick. Is there any way to recover the lost workouts?

I have a black model d with the PM5 monitor. The simplest way is to use a USB stick to transfer your results with the Concept2 utility. It does throw away "rest" metres, though..... I know I can give the paceboat a speed when creating a workout, but is there anyway to assign a speed for the paceboat to be used when doing a "Just Row"?
