Re: New season

If you look at your season summary, there is an option to show the meters rowed weekly. Because the number of days in a year is not a multiple of 7, the day of the week on which May 1 falls varies. If you line up the weeks with a calendar, in the first and last weeks of the year, you may not have a...

Re: New season

I'm lost. Someone please explain why it matters whether the week has 2 day vs 7 or starts on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday? May 1st is what it is, irregardless of day of the week or length of the week. Simple explanations appreciated, none of thus ISO stuff, if possible, please. Just a simple hick k...

New season

Hi, In terms of this statement I have a question.... Note: Weeks run from Monday through to Sunday. Week 1 starts on May 1. So week 1 starts today (Saturday) according to the site (as all last seasons rows have been archived and my log is empty) but the week starts on a Monday. Am I the only one con...

Re: Two million metre season

Currently at half a million meters at week 14 but two of those weeks no rowing took place due to holiday. Still on track for the two million season and just hit over 4m lifetime metres too. Plan to do another HM tomorrow.....that will be my 5th this season. I've lost a stone plus since starting up a...

Re: Two million metre season

Well, four weeks in and just short of 200k so far so ahead of plan. I've settled in to resting over the weekend and starting on the Mondays with a half marathon. Tuesday I was doing 5k but now I've split this into 3 x 2k rows with effectively a warmup, max effort and warm down. Wed is a 10k, Thurs a...

Odd Summary Info

I'm confused by the summary data that the C2 log is showing. The season started on Friday 1st May but it is showing this week as week 3. That suggests the week started on Monday 27th April........or does it just use Fri-Sun data for week one?

Two million metre season

Hi all, I've been on and off the C2 for the past decade but recent years of reduced exercise and over eating have lead to the inevitable weight gain. I've set myself a goal of 2 million meters for the season and plan to do 40,000m each week. I last did a 2 million metre season in 2012/13 so I know I...
