Are the ergs still made in the USA or has some/all of the production been shifted out of country? I'm looking at getting a Model D again, gavemy old one to my brother last year. The answer will not change my decision to get one, I just would like to know if I'm supporting a made in the USA product.

Has anyone recently puchased a Concept 2 Model D and had it shipped to Ontario Canada? I'm trying to get a handle on the total cost including duty, taxes, exchange rate, etc. I'm trying to see if it is less expensive than buying from a retail store.

Is there a general rule of thumb for optimizing the foot rest position? Any kind of formula based on things like height, inseam length, arm length, etc? I am also interested in knowing if there is a correlation between foot rest height and power.
