Winter training regiment [need advice]
Hey folks, 22 M, 5'11" 145 lb, just want your advice/criticism of my workout regiment for the next 3 weeks. I'm currently at 1:47 average split for 2k, and am trying to get to sub 7 (sub 1:45 average split) by the end of 3 weeks. My plan is to do AT pieces in the morning (4x500, 3x750, 40"on 20" off...

I apologize for lack of context; I'm on a collegiate rowing team, so the morning practices are administered by our head coach (has had prior experience). I began rowing beginning of spring (early January) for the team. I do not have an accurate measure of weekly meters, but i eyeball it to be around...

first 20' = 26-28 spm all out (avg split = 1:56.6)
second 20' = 40" on (@ 28 spm), 20" off, 20 sets (avg split = 1:48)
third 20' = same as first 20' (avg split = 2:05)
