I totaly agree with your science.

After doing 9, 2k ergos a week i started to notice holding a steady pace the whole way works and to pull your ass off in the last 500 to try and break times.

I enjoy pushing myself, esspecially in big races. Next year i am aiming for 6:18, how did you get it down to 6:14, or are u just massive. my PB is low thirties, which was on the first of three ergos

I do 3 X 2k ergoes, three times a week. i am 16 weight about 77kg and 6ft tall. I have about 10 min break, due to the other squad doing their ergo. The key to ergos is to keep at them. You will hit walls that take time to get through, but you will get through them. I am 16, weigh about 77kg and row for school. I have trained quite hard for about 4 months and i have my time down to about 6:30.
