Training for 2k in a week

I've just found out that I have a 2K in a week. :shock:

Just wondering if anyone can give me any advice as to what training I could do this week before the test. :roll:

Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks.

I'm 14 and want to try some of these protein shakes. Does anybody have a recipe for a smoothie which includes both plenty of protein and carbohydrate and tastes good. I don't really want to start taking yeast and other supplements like that at this stage though

I recently did a 2k and got 7min 24.2 secs.
I am 14 and about 59 kg.
Is this a good time considering my age and weight?

this may sound ridiculous, but go mad in the first 500, slow down steadily in the second one, up it slightly in the third one and then go ballistic in the last one. If youy do this you will get a sick time.
