Bad news - I will NEVER ditch my Mac (and will refrain from converting you)...... GREAT news - I emailed Concept 2 and they resolved the problem. It was caused because I had 2 accounts online (I had totally forgot that I signed up for one a year ago) - they combined my accounts - emailed me a new us...

As I mentioned before - it is not a case sensitive issue.

I am also able to log in on the website - just not through the application.

Any other ideas?

Almost a year to the day - I have just tried to use the online update - same exact problem!

Mac user - updated Snow Leopard - hangs at validate.

No case sensitive issues - no firewall - I am able logon online.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
