I bought my Concept 2 rowErg with a PM5 monitor in 2017.
According to the product ID, my PM5 firmware version is 22
The monitor has worked fine all the time, and therefore I haven't updated it since 2017.
Should I update the monitor, even if it works fine?

Rower slides during training
My indoor rower (Concept 2 Model D) tends to slide backwards during a training session, such as a 5K. The rower is placed on an indoor rower floor mat, bought from Concept 2. Thus, I have to stop during the training session to move the rower forwards. I guess this is related to poor rowing technique...
