Re: ErgData not counting rest interval meters

So, I did an experiment and, of course you are right. Thank you for pointing that out because I never would have figured it out for myself!
It did in fact transfer my total meters to my total meters logged on the logbook page. Thank you both. Kai

ErgData not counting rest interval meters

I've just now started using ErgData with my PM5. One of my favorite workouts is 2000m pieces with a 4 min rest interval between. On my PM5, meters rowed during 'rest' count (and in fact make up more than 1500 additional meters once done with workout). I noticed during my last 2 sessions that ErgData...

Re: screech on recovery

Thank you. Yes, I've thought about that but I don't believe it's from inside the rail. A very good suggestion to check it out though. I'll grab my mechanic's stethoscope (screwdriver) and an assistant and get to work... Will report back. Thanks again.

screech on recovery

Proud and eternally grateful owner of a Model B. Consistently upgraded, maintained, and used continuously x 33 years. Recently it has started screeching (kind of like fingernails on a blackboard) during about the middle 1/3 of the recovery. If I stop, the screech stops immediately (so I know that th...

Re: Hemoglobin / Hematocrit

I know its hard not to focus on numbers since rowing the erg is all about numbers. Lab test results however can't be interpreted in a strict fashion for a number of reasons. First, the selection of reference values (normals): The 'normal' reference range is determined by taking a group of healthy vo...
