Okay guys, I was just having a bit of fun with those that might be competing with (from the left) Andreas, along with Roland, Mr. Super Canoa, and Paul F at WIRC 2004. Paul, why did you have to bring the truth to this forum  Just to put things in perspective: In the company to Antti Niskanin. ...

Re: Where are the forum favorites???: Dwanye and Chad
Hello Andreas, here is hoping you are well. It has been a hard few months for me with some issues causing me no end of problems. To answer your question, I am here, I will not be at BiRC as planned due to the above, I have lost many weeks of training, too many to be able to put in a worth while eff...

Andreas is a really nice guy, and though he's pretty big, doesn't look all that intimidating. In fact, compared to some of the guys who have been in his category (like John Dixon or Jurgen Schwab), he looks downright cuddly! Andreas -- best of luck at BIRC! Hope to see you again in Boston for CRASH...

Why, aren't you still working at it, big guy? Hi Paul I was always sitting on the sideline"watching" the play between Chad and Dwayne.Didnt predict or claim anything. What I can say is that I'm better prepared than previous years(did not partake in the anual canoe race this year at the end o...

Andreas-- Check out "A Unscheduled Break" thread under "General." In response to a question on the UK Forum, Dwayne said he would race this season. He didn't say when or where. Tom Thanx Tom I have not been active on the forum lately, so I missed that. I was really hoping to meet, at least Chad, at...

Re: Races in US prior to January 2007 ...
The Brits seem to have a bunch of races earlier in the season than we do. Of course, BIRC and EIRC are in Novemer and December, a likely reason for this. Are there any races on this side of the pond earlier than January 2007? I do not see any listed on Row2K.com or RegattaCentral.com. Thanks! Mark,...

When did Gary do that time? Was it done at a C2 event? Maybe Gary can advice us My time was done as a witnessed time trial in preperation for the World Surfboat titles in 2002 in a public gym. It was witnessed by Ron Banks, well credentialed running coach/fitness trainer/massage therapist. It was n...

I see, but it's OK for Chad to be the bully, is it? If he has any integrity, he has already gone. Since his whole stance has been based upon calling into question the integrity of others, I expect he's a man of his word. Others? Only one, and everybody who takes racing seriously has to glad he did....

I just want to say something to all those "Chad-haters":Although Chad's "way" of posting and "way" of reacting to all those that dont understand the issue regarding DA, is not done in the most diplomatic way possible, it still is valid. It seems that all of you, rather been told a lie in a nice way ...

Spare a thought for Jens. I think its quite crule to be done out of the recognotion of a world record for so many years(since1999: age 41 at that stage). Paul, thanks for that link to the olympic athletes. It sure makes the taget for a WR much more gettable, especially for DA  and Chad  ....

What happened to Karpinnen's World Record
I was just browsing and found that Karpinnen's 5:52 is no longer considered the M40H WR by C2, but now its: 40-49 HWT Jens Doberschütz Germany 5:58.4 I aslo see that the UK site has not make the change( http://www.concept2.com/05/training/competition/records.asp ) Another issue is: all the other WR ...
